Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PMU Brow Mastery, an online educational video course delivered as a digital product. It explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

The guarantee covers the complete bundle.

The course is delivered digitally: after purchase you receive immediate access to the video lessons and downloadable materials. No physical product is shipped.

Because access is granted immediately, please review the course description, curriculum and terms on this website carefully before purchasing.

If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, this right is limited once you have been given access and have expressly agreed to immediate delivery: by purchasing you request and accept immediate access to the course, and once access has been provided your withdrawal right is limited as provided by consumer law.

If you have not yet accessed the course and wish to withdraw, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

After a refund your access to the video course will be removed. The PDF documents are for personal use and must not be shared or redistributed.

Email support@pmubrowmastery.com with the email address used for the purchase, the order confirmation and a short description of the issue. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible, normally within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
