These Terms govern the purchase and use of PMU Brow Mastery, an online educational video course delivered as a digital product, and the use of this website. By placing an order or using the website, you accept these Terms.

PMU Brow Mastery is a supplementary digital education bundle for trained PMU professionals. It includes a video course (six modules, 27 video lessons and 26 downloadable resources) and two printable PDF documents: the Nano Hairstroke Flow Workbook and the Brow Mapping Guide. It is sold as a one-time payment of $59 for digital content delivered online; no physical product is shipped.

The bundle is offered at $59, as a one-time payment. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Orders are processed through our e-commerce platform and payment providers. Your order is accepted, and the contract is formed, when we grant you access to the course after successful payment.

The course is delivered digitally. After purchase you receive access to the course content by email and through the course platform. No physical product is shipped.

Access is personal to you. Sharing, reselling, recording, redistributing or publicly displaying the course content, in whole or in part, is not permitted.

The PDF documents are for your personal use only. You may print them for your own training and practice. You may not share, resell, redistribute or publicly post them.

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. By completing the purchase you acknowledge that you expressly request immediate access to the digital content, and you accept that this may affect your withdrawal rights once access has been provided, as permitted by consumer law. Please also read our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All course content, videos, documents, branding and website material are the property of the seller and are protected by copyright and other rights. Purchase of the course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own professional learning.

The course is provided for educational purposes. Nothing in it constitutes professional, medical or legal advice, and it does not replace the training, supervision and regulatory obligations that apply to practising permanent makeup in your jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for decisions, treatments, outcomes or business results arising from the application of the course content.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Where you act as a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
